Digital marketing and branding strategist with a creative vision that breaks the mould, shaped across the music industry, entertainment, sport, entrepreneurship and financial services.
More than eight years combining the analytical thinking of an advertiser with the sensibility of a music lover and the competitiveness of an athlete, to design disruptive strategies that follow the culture and stand on data and measurable results.
What I bring is the thinking: brand and content strategy, creative concept and scripts, team structure, and the systems that make the work repeatable. I design the approach and lead the teams that execute it. In several cases I also build it myself, with vibe coding and AI tools, instead of waiting in a development queue.
Brand and performance ads
I do not separate media from brand. I design and oversee campaigns that have to build recall and convert at the same time, and I go into the campaign structures myself when the job calls for it.
Clients and vendors
I am the counterpart. I translate the business objective into a brief the team can execute, and I keep agencies, production houses and creators aligned to the same standard.
Growth focus
Every decision answers a growth question: what moves the needle, what it costs to move it, and how it holds up over time, not just at the campaign peak.
Management and order
Measurement frameworks, calendars, budgets and systems. Order is what lets a small team produce volume without losing consistency.

#1Content ranking, Chilean banking
The challenge of the role was to build the brand from zero across social media, influencers and content. There was no prior measurement, and what went out was the bare minimum: promotions that built neither story nor brand. I wrote the strategy in 2021 and have led its execution for five years.
Every objective I set in 2021 was met, including the long-term one: to run the most innovative social media in the category.
With my team we reached #1 in “Most Engaging Content” (27.8%) in Chilean banking, sustained across 2024 and 2025 (NIQ-GFK).
I built the in-house content team of 5 that today produces 100% of the bank's social content.
I manage the media, creative and influencer agencies, plus specialist vendors brought in per tactic, strategy and campaign.
We delivered +48% interactions and +141% shares year over year, while absorbing a 33% cut to the influencer budget.
I manage an annual budget of ~CAD $420K across paid media, influencers, agencies and technology.

Nike Chile wanted to reach people who love sport but had never started running. I led a project that, instead of advertising at them, built them a club: NTR, Ni Tan Runners, an open crew led by athlete creators, with free sessions every Sunday in parks, hills and squares across Santiago and the regions.
68% of participants ended up wearing Nike head to toe. That is not a proxy metric, it is a measured change in what people bought.
I led the creation of the concept and the crew, and directed the agency team across the two years of the programme.
More than 70 sessions across more than 20 sports, all free and with no level or experience requirements.
More than 10,000 participants with 70% returning.
Nestlé, Winkler and dozens of small businesses joined in to improve the experience.
The model was later replicated by other brands in Chilean sport.

I joined in 2017 to create the social media function from scratch. The account had 3,000 followers and the brief was blunt: beat Sony Music and Universal Music on engagement.
We won the category with a third of the competition's audience and a tenth of their posting volume.
I took the main account from 3,000 to more than 23,200 followers.
With my team we reached the highest engagement rate in the Chilean music category: 1.089% against Sony (0.504%) and Universal (0.228%).
We did it with 1.86 posts a day against Universal's 17.57.

11xAnnual content volume
In 2023 I proposed bringing the bank's content production in house. The case I presented was not about saving money: it was about efficiency in budget, team and production volume, with better creative quality and more brand development. The headcount was approved and I built the function.
I did not sell a cut. I sold more volume, better creative quality and more brand on the same budget, and I delivered it.
I built a five-person team: a content coordinator, two content managers, a social media specialist and a community manager.
I built the full workflow, calendar, approvals and production, and we optimised it together as a team afterwards.
The function produces 100% of the bank's social content today.
The result was not lower costs but multiplied output: from 216 posts a year in 2021 to 2,383 in 2025.

The client needed leads. What they actually needed was a system to capture, qualify and work them. I built the full CRM and the landing page with a live budget calculator, and from there we run the campaigns that feed it.
I build the tools I need. A marketing problem should not have to wait in a development queue.
I built the CRM end to end: rule-based scoring and assignment, SLA alerts on business hours, automated daily reporting, PDF quotes and role-based access control.
I built the landing page with a live budget calculator as the front door to the system.
I built it with vibe coding, using AI tools, with no development team behind me.

A family venture. A brand of hand-dyed natural fibres, merino, alpaca, cotton and linen, sold through 35 active wholesalers and direct to a community of knitters. I am the team's marketing strategist.
The retail channel is the engine: our community tries new fibres first, and their reviews become the demand evidence wholesalers need.

298xCommunity growth since 2021
The bank opened TikTok in 2021 and the account barely existed: 561 followers, 14 posts and content recycled from influencer collaborations. We rebuilt it as a channel in its own right, with a strategy and editorial line written for the platform.
From 561 to 167.2K followers. The channel stopped recycling other people's content and earned its own reason to exist.
I defined the channel's role as activate and connect, with 70% of content aimed at connection and 30% at visibility.
With my team we built the editorial line around four pillars that are now the profile's playlists: Gennials, Financial Education, Unique Experiences and Bike Karaoke.
The channel has 2.1M likes, and recent posts run between 200K and 540K views.
TikTok is where the bank's financial education performs best: it earns 5 times more saves than Instagram, 135 on average against 28.
Warner Music needed to grow its YouTube Latam channel. I led a three-part comedy miniseries with two of the biggest creators in Chile at the time, Pollo Castillo and Rodi Garrido, working the label’s music into the story instead of leaving it in the background.
Six years on, the top comment on the second episode is still asking for the third.

#13On the Spotify Chile chart
The Chilean launch of the single “Downtown” by Anitta with J Balvin. The goal was to lift the song's share of voice and push its Spotify streams until it broke into the Chilean Top 20.
The idea was not to advertise the song but to get someone dancing to it. Three Brazilian creators living in Chile filmed their own version of the music video.
I led the campaign and the casting of the creators: Julia Fernández, Thati Lira and Francini Amaral.
I defined the format: a one-minute dance sketch video, as an Instagram post, across three publications.
Three weeks after the campaign ended the song had passed 400,000 streams and 15,000 direct interactions.
The song entered the Spotify Chile chart at number 13, meeting the Top 20 objective.
The content crossed into entertainment press: FM Dos, Página 7 and LimaLimón covered it as news.

The launch of Dua Lipa's “Swan Song”. Instead of promoting the single, I took the central idea of the lyric, that staying silent has a cost, and turned it into an open invitation: for women in Chile to say why they will not stay quiet in any situation.
A soundtrack song turned into a public conversation. The brand did not speak, it made room for others to.
I led the strategy and the creative idea for the campaign.
We built a landing page where each woman published and shared her own reason.
Distribution leaned on voices from the feminist and body positive movements in Chile.
The artwork took the message into the language of the street poster, with the artist woven into the protest.

ConceptNarrative universe from scratch
A power utility needed families in southern Chile to adopt its digital channels. An instruction manual was never going to do it, so I invented a family.
We created a fictional household modelled on southern homes, and turned bureaucratic errands into stories people actually wanted to watch.
I built the strategy and wrote the story, the characters and the narrative universe.
Together with the Influénciame team we took the project through to publication.
I translated the App, the Virtual Office, the WhatsApp channel and the digital bill into everyday, recognisable stories.
We extended it into a second stage: a tutorial series with new characters, covering smart meters and self-service.

The launch of “Te Vi” by Piso 21. The goal was to get people listening to the song, not just watching an ad. I led the project and created the strategy and the creative idea: a four-part Instagram Stories game starring Pollo Castillo, the most recognised influencer in Chile at the time, ending on a landing page where entering a sunglasses giveaway required knowing the song title, which played automatically on arrival.
Channel attribution was decisive: days with creator stories averaged 1,983 sign-ups against 230 on paid-only days. 8.6 times more.
I led the whole project and worked directly on the traffic campaigns in Ads.
I created the game mechanic: four stories of rising difficulty leading to the landing page.
